In Kevin Reyleks Cannibal, a King takes a bite out of a signed selection, only to be torn open where the missing piece is found inside the layers of the King. Bringing the classic Lin Searles plot to a new level, Cannibal is one of Kevins most-used closing effects. It involves a theatrical premise, a surprising revelation, and a kicker ending that audiences never see coming. It also leaves spectators with a memorable souvenir! The Cannibal DVD features live performances of the effect and detailed explanations from multiple angles. I have been able to perform this quite a few times lately and it is always a hit. I have not had
anyone who could guess the ending. I like it because the cards are always different each time you do
it. I have been a magician for over 50 years and I always carry "Cannibal" with me. A great
routine!!

Cannibal did take some practice splitting cards,&slights to maneuver the cannible properly
discreetly but end results are incredible reactions when spectactor sees corner of their signed card
inside cannible card. Mastering card splitting for cannible also opens up so many card illusions
using home made proffesional looking gimmick cards.

I just received this a few days ago! And I must say, I like the idea behind this! It is a great
trick and it is so simple and it hits hard in my opinion. The DVD shows many live performances and I
like the other methods taught on this DVD. Well presented and explained very well. You won't be
disappointed with this DVD!!

Before I bought the DVD I knew already what was involved in making the gimmick because I know a few
other tricks that require the same thing, and that's the only thing I Hate about this trick,
I love the effect itself when you finally get to perform it, and it really does get amazing reactions, Kevin does an amazing job explaning the routine, He's very clear and the trick itself is easy to do, It's just making the gimmick that really really gets on my nerves. Did this review help you?
I already left my feedback but I must say again that this effect is crazy. It is simple to prepare.
When it doesn't go anywhere rewatch carefully the DVD. For the audience this effect is just
impossible. I performed it in shows and some people consider it to be the best trick even amongst
some of my other killer routine. You are not obliged to buy it :)

I personally think the presentation of the trick in the demo and dvd was a bit stale and could have
been better, but if executed properly, this will get you great reactions.

I don't know if I'm qualified to give this 3 stars since I haven't preformed it. I would say
between 3 and 4 stars is where this belongs because the two things needed to do this require a bit
of a setup.
I'm not going to give anything away, but I would say for the one prop I would recommend going online and ordering it for cheap in bulk. For the other prop, I wish he would have said a way to work this in inconspicuously when preforming. I have some ideas but I would like to have seen how he worked it during his performance. All in all, it's a good trick and I think it probably gets some amazing reactions. Did this review help you?

The handling will take practice but will be well worth the time spent.His explaination of both the
handling and card preparation is VERY sraight forward.
