Psychomatic Deck by Nathan Kranzo (DVD + BLUE Deck) As close to real mind reading as it gets. They peek at a card, and you know without ever touching the deck again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
Out of stock.
Nate Kranzo and Anatomy Magic have teamed up to bring you a lost secret of magic and mentalism…
“The Psychomatic Deck is an *invaluable tool* for casual and professional magicians alike.”
Imagine being able to show a deck of cards to a spectator and mixing them so that they see that the cards are legitimately mixed. After the cards are mixed you hand them the deck of cards and asking them to peek at and remember any card they see and without a doubt KNOW the card they chose. With the Psychomatic deck you can this and so much more.
While many gimmicked decks limit you to only one effect, Psychomatic gives you ultra clean predictions, forces, tossed out deck routines without breaking a sweat.
Psychomatic requires no skill and come completely ready to perform as soon as you open the package. On the Psychomatic companion DVD Nate Kranzo teaches how to use this deck to its fullest potential so this is sure to make it as part of your normal repertoire.

Perfect for beginners! Report this review

I am just a beginner in mentalism, and this deck works perfectly for me. It allowed me to obtain great effects in no time, and without fear of failure. Nathan recommends to hand the deck to someone from the audience but I'd recommend not to - it is quite risky, or, to minimize risk, you must give a phony warning which sounds, well, just phony. I do the riffling myself, and ask the other person to tell me when to stop - this way, I say, it is double blind.2 of 2 magicians found this helpful.
The dvd is very useful in suggesting possible variants. It stimulated me to come up with my very own variant: I start by discarding cards from the top, and stop where the other person tells me. Then I "lock" the deck with a clip, they peek at the top card, I read the identity of the card in their mind, and, as a grand finale, the card disappears from the locked deck and transfers to a sealed envelope that has been in plain view all along. I love the effect, and so do all those who saw it!
If you are just starting out in mentalism, this is a must have for you!

You can do this trick in another room but they might figure out how you do the trick. They need to do exactly what you say. When i preform this trick I am right their holding their hand and walking them through it to make sure they don't find out the gimmick.2 of 2 magicians found this helpful.

Well, just received my deck and all I can say is if you have no audience management skills then keep your money. I happen to have quite a bit so this was for me. I ordered this and photosynthesis at the same time so when they arrived I learned them both simultaneuosly, walked down to the mall for a test run and my ears are still ringing from the screams! I allowed them to shuffle, pick their card (I never handled the cards), sign it and long story short, I palm it and do a quick deck switch. I then reach into my bag and get an old camera that I intentionally left open (for the dirty work) and try and take a picture and say "Hmm, must be busted. The weird guy who sold me this said it was haunted .. I thought he was an idiot until I tried something one day". Place it in their hand, have them rub it and boom .. their signed card shows up! I love how the psychomatic deck allowed the spectator full control in choice. SHuffled and all! I will be using it for many differnt revelations, mentalism effects, etc. Wonderful magic!2 of 2 magicians found this helpful.

Ok, I got this today, and it's pretty much what I expected. Not bad at all, and I expect to be useful as an additional forcing method. But one warning: the instructions encourage you to hand the deck out to a spectator to shuffle before "peeking" at a card, but unless you're SURE that the spectator will do an overhand shuffle, DON'T do it! If they decide to do a riffle shuffle instead, you're toast! Far better to do an extremely open overhand shuffle yourself, then rubberband the deck as shown in the DVD before handing it out for spectator to peek at a card.2 of 2 magicians found this helpful.

I bought this because it is the "tossed out deck" that Luke Jermay uses as his "extended tossed out deck" in Jermay's mind as well as the Bob Cassidy Mental Miracles DVD.1 of 1 magicians found this helpful.

I am not a fan of gimmicked decks with 1 purpose as it's extra bulk and complication to carry multilpe decks, however this is a great concept for business cards. Nathan explains how to create it. It took me a short time to1 of 1 magicians found this helpful.
make the business card gimmick and it works great.
No one will riffle shuffle business cards and you can carry them together with your normal bus cards. What a great logical innocent item to carry. Always ready, no reset, spectators can mix bus cards safely. You can use as many cards as you want.

This is a great prop [edited to protect secret]. I strongly advice you to work the deck in once you receive this... [edited to protect secret] . Great deck if worked in and you have good audience management, its great that it allows the spectator to do all the work.
