I am a university student in the UK and so am notoriously short on money. I have admired joshua jay
for a while now but the effects on the penguin were always a little out of my price bracket. Prism,
hancock, and cornered are all covered in this lecture as well as a spectacular oil and water routine
that kills when I perform it. The tricks are numerous and his insight is second to none, the man is
inspirational and his presentation style is so chilled and relaxed that I literally had to have a
beer while I learned. The difficulty is medium with a reserved standard deviation (some really easy
tricks and some more challenging ones) all however absolutely kill when i perform them.
Just buy it honestly, it so worth the money I can't even tell you, he is absolutely cracking and his magic is original and hard hitting Did this review help you?
This was my first penguin live lecture and it was just awesome! I mean it goes to say a lot that I
was inspired enough to actually put the effort to write a review about it.
Josh seems like a really genuine and helpful guy, and he shared so much wisdom and great tips from his real world experience. This lecture is totally worth it, going 3 hrs and even sharing some effects he sells individually! I really enjoyed watching this, not just the learning part but the performance too, I was repeatedly blown away! The guy's a genius. I will definitely be watching this one many times over. Lasting over three hours, this lecture has a fantastic mix of tricks, sleights and conversation. The
vibe is relaxed and intimate, and there's much talk here about presentation and creating effects.
The opening "Hitchcock" card trick is a stunner, not too difficult, and one that few people will
have seen. This was my first Penguin lecture and I really appreciated the format and the length.
Will definitely be checking out others, but for those who missed, this download is recommended.

Joshua Jay...wow...this guy is great. I had no idea...his lecture is awesome. He takes his time. He
is in no rush. You can tell he loves his craft.
I have watched this twice and plan to watch it again real soon. I cannot say enough about this. His Hitchcock trick...fantastic. His watch trick great. I like how genuine he seems and I hope to someday see him lecture live and perform live. One of the best magic teachers...I have ever seen. Wow! He talks about what books to read...just one helpful thought-bank of where to find creativity and his style is just something to watch. Super time love this magician! The tricks are all fantastic and pratical. Joshua Jay teaches hard hitting magic that you will

Wow, rocking, amazing, awesome, great.....
Josh rocked the lecture all the way from start to end. There were a lot of usable stuff. You will learn a lot of new items over there. Some of them never published ever. What just really was inspiring for me was the fact that he on the beginning of his magic career invited his own tricks. That got me to my old days, when i saw a magician at our school and i would make up my things, or way how I could do what he did. And in fact I just thought that now i do not do that so much anymore. So that got me thinking again on a track where I would like to have my own stuff again. Just add to cart and you will not regret it. Did this review help you?

Easily the best lecture I have ever seen!!!! Joshua is not just a magician, he is an artist. He
explains the importance of performance and artistic value in a way that is easy to understand. I am
again inspired to bring my magic to another level and have Joshua to thank for it!

Josh Jay delivered the goods. Over 3 hours of great, commercial magic that will appeal to all skill
levels. Josh Jay has a passion for magic and it's contagious. Please bring him back for another
lecture (or his one man show)in the future.
I live in New York and we have plenty of lectures available but nothing compares to the advantage of having a front row seat, the ability to rewind and to be able to view the lecture (or a particular effect) multiple times.
