Hand the spectator a cube and a small box into which the cube fits snugly. On each of the cube's six sides is a different color. The spectator selects one color, and places the cube into the box, while the magician's back is turned.
Handing the box over to the magician is all it takes - the magician instantly knows which of the six colors was selected.

A SIMPLE EFFECT WITH A CUNNING SECRET, TEL A VISION IS A THING OF BEAUTY FOR ANYONE LOOKING FOR AN
INTRODUCTION TO MENTALISM. THE REVELATION OF THE SECRET RESULTS IN A REAL DOH MOMENT.
AS WITH MANY MENTALISM EFFECTS WHICH HAVE A SIMPLE EXPLANATION THE PRESENTATION OF THE EFFECT IS EVERYTHING. HOWEVER TWO OR THREE TIMES IS PROBABLY ENOUGH TIMES TO PRESENT THIS EFFECT TO ANY AUDIENCE. I AM A LOT HAPPIER WITH THIS INEXPENSIVE PURCHASE THAN I HAVE WITH ONES TEN TIMES THE PRICE! This is a trick that is fully examinable, can be performed over and over again and is easy to
do.
Does this make this trick a good trick? I got this trick not at Penguin, but in my first magic box I got for my sixth birthday. It's really easy to figure out, and far to small to make a big impact. Does this make this trick a bad trick? No, no, no. This is an all right trick, because audiences like it, and ask to do it again. But the cons are making this trick more for kids shows. This is a trick you might want to have, just to perform once a while, but grown-up audience performers, please stay away from this. Did this review help you?

A small and simple very clever mind reading trick you can do this over and over again not recommend
it well maybe 2 to 3 times it's just so tempting and so easy anyone can do this one just be a really
good actor for really good performance.

This is an alright kids and beginner effect, that can actually get reactions if you put the work into presenting it well. It's a very, very easy trick and you'll be able to do it minutes after seeing it for the first time. Unfortunately, this lends itself to being performed badly because of it's ease (people want to get right at performing it and don't work on presentation). This is a trick you often find in kids sets. For me, it's unnatural and hokey, and was shelved long ago. In fact, I don't think it's even shelved anymore, LOL. It's disappeared! :) B_Magic Did this review help you?

This is a well-known little trick, but it can still slay an audience with the right emphasis and
presentation. The prop is sturdy and well made, and the colors are also nice and bright. If you are
looking for something small, easy, economical, and impressive then look no further than
Tel-a-vision.

Another great kids trick. The secret is very simple, but yet not easy to figure out. Someone will
probably eventually guess it, but they can't really prove it. The kids will really like it but don't
try pulling this out for your adult audience because they aren't going to be impressed. If you love
doing magic for kids, you'll love this one.

This is a great trick for beginners. It will get decent reactions. Some people may figure it out,
but you will still be able to fool a lot of people. Very simple to do. For only a few bucks, why
not add to cart.

I didn't really know what to expect from this effect. I purchased it solely to get to a certain
dollar amount spent for another promotion that Penguin was doing.
When I got it, I laughed at it at first. I thought to myself there is no way that people won't be able to figure out how it's done. But I figured I'd give it a try anyways. It's so deceptively simple and easy to do that I figured that it would get picked up on right away. Boy, was I ever wrong. After showing it to a few spectators and having them ask to see it again, I started to realize that it might actually be a pretty strong mentalism type trick!!! The trick is extremely easy to perform, and despite it's simplicity seems to really baffle and entertain spectators. I had many people ask me to do it again, only to still be completely amused at the fact that I was getting it right every time. For only a couple of bucks, you really can't go wrong with this one!!!
