I got the Thought Transmitter when I read about it here on the Penguin Forums.
Boy, am I glad that I did. It's a gimmick that allows you to read a thought...any thought...and tell the spectator what it was without even opening the wallet that they have put that thought in. You can even have the wallet back in your pocket or your case before revealing, which makes it even more amazing. The wallet is well constructed and the gimmick works perfectly. I have yet to encounter any issues with the workings of the gimmick. The reactions for this trick seem to be mainly disbelief. I have yet to have someone NOT ask "How did you do that!!??" with this one. Even when I did it for a group of several people, each time of course getting the right thought, people were still in awe. It's a really good wallet and I really like it. Fun to perform and well constructed!! Did this review help you?

Very bulky! Looks like a gadget. I would not buy this item unless your heart is set on mentalism.

This effect is a cool one, and I like the concept behind it... However I am much more into card
tricks and street magic that appears natural, and the thought transmitter is too clearly a gimmick
for me. All in all I would say that this is a well-designed gimmick with a lot of potential, but
finding the right time and place to use it is very important.

This is a genius utility. This is not some cheapo idea rushed to market. This is an ultra ingeniuos
wallet. Its workings are almost as impressive as anything.
Only issue to be concerned about is that it isn't well suited for dark venues. Otherwise it is a worker. Did this review help you?
This is a good gimmick although it does look gimmicky. However you can get past that if you don't
put too much emphasis on the wallet. I use this trick in combination with Paul Harris' Deep
Astonishment and it results in one very impossible effect!

I have had this for many years and carry it in my impromptu box. This is easy to master and a great
mentalism trick. If performing in a dark room you must be careful [edited to protect secret] but
when done right, a must have.

Dont listen to all of these shmo's who only give it 4 starssss! its amazing!!! im a freshi and i did
it to a few seniors and they made me do it to there hole grade and no one had a clue how i did it
and they were redy to kill me if i didnt tell them... blah im sure ur not interested in my life
story but bottom line is its amazing and get it and the angles arent terrible u just have to do it
fast and truthfully, thats all you need, half a second

well, it is a great tool when used properly I only have one bad thing about it, the secret part to
this is that the main part is not well.
I will replace the main secret part with [an alternative], thus breaking the warrenty but I like it britter... also dont do this in to dark of places... Did this review help you?

This is one of my all time favorite effects. It's diabolically simple and very direct. No one I've
done this too seems to notice that it is a little bulky.
Only thing is that lighting is an issue. You can't really do this out in the sun while you're doing walk around on the streets. BUT! It does come w/ the advice of using the wallet as a "Shiner". I haven't tried that -- but I'm sure out in the sunlight it would work. Did this review help you?
