I think this looks pretty good visually, the method is clever too.

Realistically speaking, this is only for camera. I bought it to use it for a social media video, and
it definitely needs to stay there. As long as you have 5$ to spare and don't intend on performing it
in the real world, you should be more than fine. Like the other reviews said, it's not what you
would expect. Clever use of an object not even related to magic that COULD be around your house (But
probably not). The "gimmick" just isn't practical enough for the real world.
This is one of the tricks I regret ever buying.
this trick looked awesome but what i didn't see is what it says you will need a different gimmick
for this trick i couldn't find one of have one!
The extra gimmick you need to buy costs like 3 dollars, and it does all the work for you. Only basic
slight of hand is required and the visual of the spread suspending in the air is AMAZING. I would
use this as a peripheral effect as someone takes a card. I love this
The instructions/ teaching part of this download does its job, it is fairly easy slight of hand and
a decent effect. For five dollars its what you'd expect.
What I wasn't expecting was a
behind the scenes gimmick. It complicates performing this a little but is still easy to find and
fairly simple to use.
Overall I would say this is a decent effect and is worth learning.
You can definitly do better for awe factor but for five dollars i cant complain too much.
This is such an easy and impressive trick. I highly recommend this!
SPLOAT is a good looking effect with a clever method. The gimmick is one that you probably already
own (and if you don't, can be purchased from local stores for less than $5).
As another
reviewer hinted, the explanation video is quite awkward but does it's job to explain how to use the
gimmick. It's pretty easy to perform and just as easy to clean-up.
My only complaint about
this is that there were no credits that I saw to anything that came before it. One of the most
important things to keep the integrity of our art intact is proper crediting, and I would have loved
to see at least an attempt to credit (even if it missed Steve Dusheck's effect that came many years
before this one).
