Airtight by Jay Sankey Get ready to have some fun with your spectators. A signed card joins a deck, as they both pass through the wall of a balloon and youre going in after it!

A selected and signed card is lost in the deck. A spectator chooses a balloon and the magician holds it in his open hand. The magician slams the deck against the balloon and the deck literally becomes "sucked" into the balloon! The balloon is blown up and the cards are shuffled around inside. The magician now pinches the selected card through the wall of the balloon and visibly pulls it through to the outside! The balloon with cards and the signed selection are immediately given out as souvenirs of this truly remarkable magic experience!

Performed by David Copperfield.

When it comes to any kind of magic especially Stand-up magic this is the thing to have. This has been performed by David Copperfield. I have never had the reaction I’ve got from this when I take the cards and they end up inside of a balloon just that has got huge reactions. The cards are actually in the balloon. Yet the best is still to come you reach into the balloon and pull out their signed card out of the balloon visually without breaking the balloon. This is done with a regular balloon. People refuse to believe their own eyes with this one.

I'm not usually fond of effects from Jay Sankey but I gotta exclude "Airtight". I've heard bad reviews from other magicians on other websites about "Airtight" but that's only because they don't take the time to give it the practice it needs. I mean, David Copperfield performed it! The reaction you'll are amazing! Putting the deck inside the ballon in a wink is more than what the spectators can handle, but pulling their card out of the ballon...their SIGNED card...man, you'll have people thinking you are just too weird for them. Highly recommended from a highly recommended store...Penguin.

This is one of the best trick I have. Set up is tedious but pays off big time. Fully inspectable. I have requests in school to perform this every day. I highly recommend.

Ah.... The creative mind of Jay Sankey! The man is a genius in my opinion... the new Paul Harris (another one of my bold opinions). I think very highly of MR. Sankey, but I was a little dissapointed with this offering. The partially unclear manuscript that served as the bulk of this effect's materials.... with hasty instructions and only 8 illustrations and no photos was a tad dissapointing and the balloons supplied absolutely sucked! They all broke!
I DID love the effect's description- but first, this trick needs one thing to make it better.... balloons that you can actually fit a deck of cards into. A tip to any buyer of this effect, buy some really stretchy CLEAR balloons... and here's another tip... the cheap ones work the best.
Here's a tip for all you "Blainesters" out there... this effect ain't no Raven.... it's no bite-out quarter... this is real performance here kids! This takes some skill.
If you're looking for an easy trick to impress your friends in study hall, then you might want to stay away from this one. But if you've got a gathering coming to your place for a party or dinner.... this could be the perfect effect- granted you can get the cards into the balloon!

I haven't preformed this much (don't always have a table available) but when I do the spectators are real astonished. I preform it similar to Oz in the Demo Vid.
I'v had some hecklers "you just gave them the 2nd card" but all have fallen silent when I "push" the cards into the ballon, & when I pull the card out of the balloon there's a riot. I'v been asked days later "are you the magician who put the cards into the balloon?"
Jay Sankey is a great inventor & I love his tricks

For those of you expecting advanced magic.
Don't think. Just click ADD TO THE CART.
There are some defects of this magic.
However, it is great trick. Your audience will
never forget this. They will never forget this magic!!!
It takes you pretty much for the setting.
It is hard also. It gives you poor instruction.
However, use the Penguin Only Section and get some help!
This magic requires lot of effort.
You shouldn't buy this if you are expecting nice gimmick.
This is really advanced and requires your talent.
3 of 5 because of poor instruction.

p.s. One thing I don't like about Jay's gimmicks is that
it is too easy to get revealed through the demo videos.
(Except Paperclipped - buy this magic!!!)
However, I like his other magic. I love his cleverness and
acting. He is so FUNNY.

I have purchased many tricks from Jay Sankey and was very happy with them but I have to say that I wasnt with this one, it is so hard to set the trick up that you will start to get mad. But once you pass the difficult set up, it is a cool trick.

Good trick not my favorite though, because of lots of setup. But the specs like it.

This is a great trick. Wet up is slightly complicated, but after the first time doing it, it is so easy. Wait till you see the response from your spectators when that have that look on there face "BLAH"
