As a performer, there is nothing better than turning the whole room against a Heckler. It is crucial to force the Heckler off balance as early as possible, so that he is always one step behind every move, and is constantly playing catch-up. When all the sleights are solid, and the moves hit hard and are thrown out quickly like a precision boxing combination, it is impossible for anyone, let alone some sorry Heckler, to get a piece of you. You are playing a game of catch me if you can, and he can't.

this dvd in my opinion i a bit over priced.alot of the same moves can be found in generation extreme.atleast you get this as a promo with generation extreme so you get 1 for 2.i think the routine basicaly is desined to deal with hecklers.the fact that you get this free with generation extreme is how i got it.i recomend this to you brian tudor fans and not to beginers.

This DVD is a must-get. Tudor may be known for his flourishes, but incorporating that into his magic routine makes it a lethal killer. This DVD is sure to shut-up even the most persistent heckler, as shown on the DVD. The performance of the routine was great and very funny, with profanity. The teaching style is a little better, but not the best. This is like ACR taken to the next level...card to top, to bottom, to under glass, to under table, to left/right/shirt pocket, to zipper, to matchbox...call it xtreme-ACR!!!
If you want to learn the most lethal magic routines then buy this DVD NOW.

The material Tudor shows on this DVD is great, I love it.
unfortunatlly, the DVD in it-self - isn't.
The sound is poor. You can tell that Tudor, instead of explaining what you see, is reading off a page. This means that the sound isn't running with the video.
The quality of the video is good, but instead of filming the move a number of times, from diffrent angles, diffrent speeds, the edit is that you see the same clip over and over only slower or with zoom.
The DVD isn't good, but the material IS ! And that's what matter.
Wrong title Report this review

The material on this dvd is very good, it is a little over priced though. Unfortunately the title does not do the performance justice, it is just Tudor performing one of his routines, point blank. A real heckler will take him apart with half the stuff he shows on this dvd. All and all, it is a good dvd and you will learn a lot from it.

This is good material. My only problems with it is that it is performed at high speed throughout the entire DVD. This is how Tudor performs. Thats fine - to each their own. I agree with what Darwin Ortiz says, "Speed Kills". By doing magic at such a blinding speed people don't have time to appriciate the magic taking place. They get bombarded with effects and have no time to absorb the climax.
Also, the teaching style on this DVD is really, really bad. I have bought lots of DVDs and by far this is the worst one for explaining the tricks.
shame about the instructions Report this review

I've being writing severals of review of this DVD and all I can say is Brian Tudor is my hero!!!
This is one of the very prerequistes of Generation X, for Generation X you should also before have got BTP Card Magic and Showoff with Cards and then this!
I can't say how much I love this DVD! The teaching videoquality isn't good but his teaching is awesome! You will learn a lot of stuff and you will be a great card magician! The quality of the rest of the video is SUPER!!! But the sound won't always match to of what Tudor does in the DVD. It's just so much material on this, all of the stuff taught on this DVD always requires palming, all except for Card To Shirt Pocket (YES, no palming and so easy to do!), Card Switch and Terry LaGeroulds Card Flick. Many people ask yourselves if the Card Flick is on this DVD or not, because it's shown on the demovideo and are not in the list of effects, YES, the Card Flick is on this DVD. But there is no explanation for Card to Right pants pocket x2 but it's really easy to figure out, only you as a magician will figure out how it's done, NOT the Heckler because they don't even think the same as you do.
One thing that is really annoying is the Explanations-systems, after you've watched each explanation, you will be automatically return to the explanationsmenu after each explanation. This is one of the bad things..
It's very good music on the DVD and I love the music, but it's not credited who who did that music.
With only a deck of cards around, this is the tricks you should do! One day at school one person came to me and said "Hey, do a trick!" and I only thought "Whatever" and I took out the deck and I started with "Wrong Answer" and that's a really great opener for your card acts, most of the people says it's somewhere in the middle and some say on top, and those Hecklers say on the bottom because they might got a glimpse of the card travelling in the deck. After that more and more persons came to me and watched and soon the whole hallway were almost blocked and "over-crowded" with students because they watched me do tricks!
Thanks, Brian! You are my hero!!!

I loved this DVD.
It is a card assault on the spectator, they never know what's coming.
The teaching is not that bad but the sound does not really run with the video, this isn't really a big deal.
Some of the sleights are difficult, but with enough practice the can mastered. And when you do perfect all the stuff on this dvd you will have one of the strongest card routines at your fingers.
A must for any card magician.

I hated this DVD. The teaching is horrible and some of the tricks aren't even explained. I thought it was a waste but it's your money, do what you want.
Great Sleights; But a bit overpriced Report this review

A common misconception that Brian's teaching is really bad is not totally true, an example is this dvd where he teaches the moves fairly well (up to the point that you can perform it), but not give like tips on specfic misdirections and angles if there are any.
This dvd requires you to be in intermediate to advanced stages in your card magic to be able to come up with your own patter and style. Make no mistake the stuff in this dvd is ingeniuous and would be a great addition to your signed card routines.
I think for the most part the reason why this dvd was not so highly rated by some would be because of its brevity and its lack of the usual teaching style, i.e the magician speaks to the camera directly while handling the cards and the camera pans from top view to front wiew to over the shoulder view as he explains and elaborates on the routine/sleight. The teaching style here which is also similar to Generation X (not Extreme) is basically the slow-mo action of the move being carried out in an exposed view, and yes as mentioned before Brian is reading off a piece of paper and sometimes what he says does not syncronise with the actions that is taking place. However this can easily be solved by watching it a few times, thats it.
Another important thing is that your DLS and Top Palms should already be solved before getting this dvd. This is because he doesn't teach them; he'll just say," execute DL" or "execute Top Palm". And your DLS and Top Palms should also be "burnable" meaning your hand can be stared at the whole time without spectators even suspecting that your DLing or Palming. Because this is his style : " burnable magic" as he justifies in GenExtreme.
Bottom line is - you should be relatively good at magic and sleights before picking this up, you should be ready to fork out money that is in my opinion not fully justified, you like palming to be in every one of your routines, and you should get ready (just in case) to be disappointed when you watch it... but... be surprised after you learn the moves and see the reactions you get when performed as taught.
