Personally I think the wallet is a little bit big... I like small wallets, but it is indeed very likely to use as a normal wallet. The trick is very good.

I was hoping for something that would make me say "I never would have thought of that." In that respect I was disappointed, but I definitely like owning this wallet. It's a nice wallet and you can make anything appear inside of it (assuming it will fit) at any time with almost no effort. It's not really something that the spectator can examine, but I've been surprised at how often I can get away with not showing them. All in all, I'm very satisfied.

I love this wallet. I have tried alot of wallet and i am a working pro.

I order my third now. The first one broke the zipper. The second one was ripped, but both wallet lasted for 2 years and i use it all the time :)

I was in need of a new wallet and I had been watching the video for “Corinda’s 13 Steps to Mentalism.” The “card to wallet” trick has never appealed to me so I hadn’t looked at a magician’s wallet until I saw the 13 steps video. There is a trick involving a lottery ticket that is worth the price of the “13 Steps” video and the wallet alone. Yigal Mesika’s leather wallet claimed to be of high quality and to be a normal wallet for use. I have purchased the “Tarantula” before and this proved that Yigal Mesika does not market cheap items. The wallet is wonderful. I mean as a functioning wallet, not as a magicians wallet. The additional magic use of the wallet is a great bonus. I looked at a normal wallet and the prices ranged from and up. Yigal Mesika’s wallet is priced quite reasonably and this has proven to be one of the best purchased items for magic I have made. Carrying around a wallet is something we all do anyway, so you can’t beat having your wallet as a gimmick as well.

This wallet looks ordinary, feels ordinary and even smells ordinary (due to the high-quality leather it's made of)which is very, very nice! I am getting into mentalism and this wallet perfectly fits the bill for after facted prediction to wallet and Mercury folded card to wallet...You can put a whole card in the wallet without the fold, but its very awkward to remove. I just replaced my old wallet that I had for 8 years (still looked new) with this wallet. The quality is excellent, but the gimmicked pocket is easily found so letting a spectator examine the wallet is out of the question...period! This wallet is good for every day use. it has 12 places to put credit cards, driver license, insurance info and best of all...the slots are big enough to hold card packet tricks. I have an 8 card packet trick that fits perfectly in one of the slots. I also keep my two dollar window (Jay Noblezada) and Greed (Daniel Garcia) and 5 and 1 transpo (Jay Noblezada) gimmicks in this wallet as well as two card packet tricks, business cards, insurance info for myself and my daughter, drivers license, and several credit/debit cards. The ONLY reason this wallet gets 4 stars is b/c the gimmicked pocket could be designed better and the paper instructions that come with it are not great, easily understandable..YES, but its no DVD instruction either. I bought this wallet for 37.50 on sale from $50. I say I got a great deal...anything over 50 dollars...make sure you do research and find if this one fits you best. for me..i needed all of the slots for card and money tricks. I hope this review helps anyone looking for a wallet.

The wallet is pretty good. the quality is nice! but for the price they sell it, i feel they could have made the wallet a bit more harder, as the leather may wear off if used regularly.
With this wallet I personally perform tricks like card to wallet, ring to wallet, and other tricks which involve spectators signing the bill or paper etc. And BELIEVE me!
The reactions are mind blowing!
If you are only buying this just for card in wallet, then i would say that the "paper clipped" effect by jay sankey hits harder than this one.
So buy this, if u think the price is worth and u can use your imagination to create tricks with it, and you just WANTED a wallet as well! :)

Let me first off say, that the quality of the wallet is simply fantastic and there is ample space for bussiness cars, credit cards, and cash. I personally use this wallet as my everday wallet becuase of the quality and the space available. I would say the gimmick can be seen and picke out so inspeting by an observer is out of the question. As said in another review, the mecury fold is recommended but is not necessarily required. If you want a quality "Card to wallet" wallet that going to last years if not decades look no further.

This is an excellent card-to-wallet tool and I would highly recommend it. You will have to learn a Mercury fold and get good at it to get KILLER reactions from this, but the wallet has other magical applications as well. I love it because you are able to carry this just about anywhere you go and got an amazing feat of magic that people will love. It's great!

I give it 4 stars because I feel there might be a few other wallets that are either cheaper and do the same thing, or better in some ways. Royale Card Wallet, for example. That said, this wallet is great quality, long-lasting, and natural looking. You can't go wrong here.
