A deck of cards is shown front and back. A spectator names one of the cards. It is removed, shown and lost in the deck. The faces of the cards begin to vanish. You deal through the cards; every single one of them is now blank. At about the center of the deck the selected card is seen to be the only one that has not vanished. It is placed to one side as you continue to show the rest of the deck to be blank. A snap, a wave, and the selected card also turns blank, confirming that it was all an illusion.

Comes complete with a special poker-size Bicycle deck and photo-illustrated instructions.

Great Effect Report this review

One of my first tricks. I just ordered another one after dumping it a few years ago. I highly recommend this trick. As Oz stated, it's a great companion to blizzard. it's a great trick to have on you if you've done blizzard before and someone asks you "Can you do that trick where the cards turn blank?" It's not 100% examinable like Blizzard, but it's much easier to get into and a bit more practical. Do not use as an opening trick or on people who've never seen you perform. The effect is too great and will raise suspicions. Establish yourself as an accomplished and competent performer (particularly with cards) and then hit them with this. That's the best approach. There are no real difficult moves here, but please practice until you can do it smoothly. As I indicated, it's not 100% examinable, but with the right presentation/audience management, it shouldn't pose a problem. That's IF you've established yourself already. About half the cards are examinable, so you have some leeway. Great trick.

It took me a while before I understood how it all works, not because im dumb but because it's THAT good. Everytime my little sister brings friends home she asks me to do Fadeout. And I love it!

I have gotten great reactions from Fadeout for years. It's not hard to perform. Just a little practice and you've got a trick everyone will remember. Reset takes under a minute. Well worth the price! My last Fadeout lasted me over 10 years and is a little worn but still usable. I'd say ive performed this hundreds of times with that one Fadeout purchase. Just got a new one and i still love it. You will be happy. It's pretty easy to perform this miracle...thanks to Meir & Penguin.

Very magical... Report this review

I truly love the patter of this trick and if done right, you can stun the spectator(s).. I love how Oz performs this. It comes with everything you need and is relatively simple to perform. I have done this for friends years ago and they still talk about this one asking me to re-do it for them.

Definite Add-to-cart!

Excellent Closer for cards Report this review
Verified buyer Pro Privacy ON (login to see reviewer names) on August 20th, 2014
Everytime I do this trick, I get the feeling of wonderment and amazement from the spectators. That's the feeling I am trying to achieve. The trick doesn't play out like a puzzle but more of an impossibility. I like to doing it at the end of a card routine or end of the show just because the cards are gone. It is a fantastic trick that I would highly recommend.

A few slights are involved but not too demanding at all. They can easily be learned.

A very nice deck Report this review
Pro Privacy ON (login to see reviewer names) on April 6th, 2010
This effect of this deck is very similar to that of mental photography but the end it much more effective. In this trick the spectator is a more active part, making this trick more amazing. The deck itself is very clever and your spectators are in no way going to find this out. That is unless you hand the deck over to them.

For the grand finally, watching the one and only remaining card vanish tops this off beautifully. If you are familiar with or have used the mental photography deck (or even if you haven't) consider getting this. Sure it is another deck in your magic drawer but this is one of the better ones.

People remember this Report this review

This is one of those annoying tricks that will have people coming up to you and saying, "Hey, you know that trick where you make the cards go blank - do that one again! oh come on! Do it again!" and I always reply, "nah, how about something else". People will never be satisfied to see this trick once. It's that good. I've performed this trick to a room of 60 people and for individuals - There is something about this trick that attacks peoples sense of reality. They know what they saw and they don't understand it. Confuse someone today - buy now!

very visual Report this review
Verified buyer Pro Privacy ON (login to see reviewer names) on February 19th, 2009
as you can tell from the demo that this is more visual than a blizzard trick. this is super easy. a five year old can do it. the spectators cant examine the cards though. overall, i am glad that i bought this. this is a good closer to your routine. you use a deck of cards for a bounch of tricks then make them dissapear. of course you would have to swith decks though but still, buy this trick.

AMAZING trick with a minimini minus Report this review
Verified buyer Pro Privacy ON (login to see reviewer names) on September 20th, 2008
Hi! This trick is totally amazing, when you perform it you always gets great reactions. There is one mini minus though, and thats that there is a risk that the spectator finds out the secret (cant say more because then I give out secret to the trick). But anyway, this trick is so good that you have to buy it anyway. ADD TO CART!
