Lot bigger than I expected; wanted something to look like a lump of coal as an ice breaker when playing Santa. Came with a flap on one side that looked like it had been torn and the white dots are not all the way through, just painted on - so have to use as is and can not make smaller pieces from it. Should have bought the smaller size.
