Not precisely made, the sound is not continuous, because of the inperfect designing. I bougth more because I thought I only received a faulty one, but, all of them brings the same problem, so it's a designing mistake.
Also, it's not painted like on the photo.
It's a pity, because it would be a great gag piece.

this gimmick is true to it's purpose- NOISE! it not only makes a great sounding noise it is actually made in the U.S.A. and for a great price

Lots of fun with this little thing. Not much to it. You just have to use your imagination and have a desire to be a goofball. I work at a school and so have lots of opportunities to make things crank with students and faculty around all the time. Comes with little booklet to help get the juices flowing.
