Manufacturer Says This effect was inspired by Troy Hooser and Dai Vernon.
About the Inventor
Troy is one of the “Underground” people who have surfaced recently. Long known by those who seek out the best his magic is visual and very attractive to watch. Best known in the magic community for his advanced coin work, he actually surpasses many of his fellow performers by being quite adept at cards and most any small object he can manipulate. Perhaps more than any other worker, Troy has revived interest in formerly obscure gimmicks such as the Flipper coin. His work can be seen in “DesTROYers – The Superlative Magic of Troy Hooser” written by Joshua Jay and published by Murphy’s Magic.

This is one of about three tricks that I learned when I first started doing magic that I still do today. It is always amazing for people to see you mix up the cards and have them instantly returned to the right way.
I actually did this the other day for my junior high students and they loved it. I think that Triumph is a routine that every magician should learn because it is just that powerful.

It took a few viewings to get it down but now I am proud to say I can handle this strong effect.
Triumph is very clever effect that fits perfectly into a story. I chose the classic Vernon story but it is the effect that always gets the "wow" factor.

i love the trick and the effect itself but in the explanation Oz tends to kind of rush through it, so i had to watch it a few time before actually getting the hang of it. but overall its an awesome trick ADD TO CART NOW!!!

I've come across many triumph routines. Believe me, this is the one to get. Yes, emerge triumphant is visual, a super believeable false shuffle, and an extra kicker at the end, but that comes at a cost of many many hours of practice and I think the reactions are just as big with this one. It's the perfect balance between difficulty and the effect. The moves are very easy, but it takes practice to get this to flow as smoothly as Oz performs it in the video. And comparing the this shuffle with emerge triumphant's shuffle, I think they are equally as convincing. I've fooled many magicians with this one, because you can riffle through the face ups and the face downs very clearly. Plust after the shuffle, you can cut through the deck and show cards facing different directions. This truly is a "cutting edge version of a classic trick."
Pros:
Completely and totally impromptu
Easy moves
Very Convincing
Great Reactions
Cons:
Can look knacky without practice
Overall: 5/5, cannot recommend this higher

i got this for free due to an error by penguin (proving penguin is an awesome site and takes blame for their mistakes)anyway this trick gets great results, and if i didn't get this for free, knowing what i know now, i would have definitely bought it. It has one small down flaw, it requires the deck to be prearranged.
