At a 2min reset, definitely not something you'd want for table hopping/restaurant work.

2 minutes?
What routine are you doing?
Simply, re-collate your cards and get another bill.
Start routine (preferably with a new group).
It took me longer to type this compared to the reset of the trick!

The trick only takes about two minutes to reset after each performance. Definitely a performance ready piece for you!
