2 questions - Caught Red Handed

1) Can you comment on what is involved in the reset.
2) Can it be performed stand up in the hands (no table needed)

Reset of the deck is easy...without getting specific, nothing crazy here.
Per the unedited demonstration portion of the video, you can see that although a black table/mat is there, it isn't needed at all. In the video, it's used to set the card box upon. You could re-pocket the box just as easily
But, during the actual trick, the table isn't required at all...check it out again.
