Well, your comment is certainly correct.
Although I don't work for PM, they do charge for shipping on some orders and not on others as you state and as most other online vendors do also.
Some things ship to the US for free without a purchase minimum, while others can qualify for free worldwide shipping...
They still don't charge for standard shipping in the USA if you spend $50.00

Honestly.... Penquin seems to be fairest shipping policies around... Plus I often get things next day without paying extra since they seem to stock lots. I have bought thousands of dollars in orders in last six months and have not had a single problem. I went to Penquin magic expo and have been a loyal customer since. These guys know magic. My only gripe is I'd love to find a coupon code!!
