Amazing Sharpie Pen

Can the pen be refilled with ink?

To add to @JStuff...
The pen will write if needed. Just don't plan on writing volumes (exaggeration for effect...)
No special ink...anything black...I just dip the tip if I ever need to write a word.

Per another forum from 6 months ago -
"Its says 'writable' but the ink has to be dripped onto the tip manually."
