BANDED: Can You Use #19 Rubber Bands?

QUESTION: Can you use # 19 Size rubber bands?

Those're the size always used for
'C.M.H.' & almost all other Rubber Band Tricks.

If you have to suddenly change rubber band size, mid-way through your routine to do another trick, I think it throws too much heat & suspicion on the rubber band.
