Bandit

It seems that there's a lot of talk about the "unbelievable" vanish of the rubber band, yet they choose not to show it in the demo. I'm so done with these bullshit demo videos. I know it's only $10 but I don't like being treated like a rube. They won't get my $10.

Respectfully, it is shown in the video. You just didn't see it!
It's not a bad trick.
However, @fermunder, I do empathize with you with respect to, using your words, "these bullshit demo videos".

Oh, I get it. It is a ballsy vanish. I used to do the same vanish with a quarter when I was a kid and people rarely caught me.
