Bill breaker. Can you hand it out for inspection?

After you change the bill, can you hand it to the spectator and it will be clean? Also do you have to cut up and ruin money to make the gimmick ?

No, you do not have to 'cut up and ruin' money to make the gimmick. If you've made an EB gimmick, then you'll be familiar with this.
No, you can't hand out the bill for examination.
But, you know that!
