Bite Coin - (US Quarter - Traditional With Extra Piece)(D0047)by Tango

Does the Tango Bite quarter have that obvious groove around the outside edge? I bought a bite quarter once that was all internal, looked normal up close and I haven’t been able to find another one like it.
