Bulldog by Joel Dickinson

Is this Trick using the Mercury card fold, or it is a different technique. I am a huge fan of Sanke's paperclipped and this looks like a restructuring of that trick.

It does use the Mercury Card Fold.

Jay Sankey's effect Paperclipped is a great solution to the mystery card problem. It uses a mercury card fold and a paperclip, other than that there aren't a whole lot of other similarities with the method.
