buying 52to1

i have purchased 52to1 deck ,from hocus pocus the trick comes with a password which i used ,i watched half the clip .then shut down my pc and when i went back to it i could no longer find the spot to put in my password, maybe it can only be used once.so my question is if i were to buy this again from penquin then do i still have to use a password or do i still go to my penquin magic and download it from your site. hope you can help.Should have bought it from penquin!!. errol robinson

Copy and paste all your typing in an email to PM customer service for the quickest reply.
That being said, no one is providing you with a single use password. Check what you're doing because this is, most likely, operator (you) error.
Find the link and try again ;-)
What did Hocus Pocus say when you contacted them? They're pretty good guys and will certainly make everything right!
Since this is an online instructional video here too, PM probably will not have a 'learn' button w/video associated with this effect.
But, I could be wrong.
So, send that email.
