B'Wave?

How clean are you at the end? Are all 4 cards examinable?

No they aren't all examinable but you can hand out the blank cards if you prefer. It doesn't really make a difference though because if you perform the trick properly nobody will want to examine all the cards. They can clearly see their named card is the only printed card. There are so many impossible magic moments in this routine that build your credibility!

I perform this a lot, for over 10 years.
It doesn't require a lot of sleight of hand, but it requires some people/ card management.
It fits me, it could not be your kind of trick.
It fits me that not all the cards are examinable, because this is a short piece of theatre. Not boring theatre, but it requires some level of concentration from the audience.
I do this often on the spectators flat hand, so that I put the dirty card first, different back up, and then I put the blanc cards face up on top of that card.

If you still don't have this effect, get it. They can pick any suit and any card. It is designed to give the illusion that the spectator makes all the (correct) decisions. No one ever asks to examine the cards. The only thing you can't do is repeat it. But if the spectator believes they are regular cards, then it would be impossible to repeat -- so they don't ask you to.

While the cards are not examinable.... it CAN be very selectively repeated. I carry TWO sets of these with the first set being the Reds (and start with those).... the second set being Black (I use those only very selectively, if at all). I also prefer using Jokers instead of blank cards (blank cards simply shows the spectator that the cards are gimmicked. When Jokers are used (despite being 3) it just seems more realistic. I like to have my patter as close to whats shown in the instructional video as possible. This is a VERY powerful effect and I sure miss Max Maven.
