I asked the same question on Live Chat and was told that Penguin doesn't take pre-orders unless they have a fairly firm delivery date from the manufacturer. I am eager to order "Cue The Magic," which is now available from another site for pre-order but not from Penguin. But I will wait for Penguin because one of the raps against the other site is that they take pre-orders for items for which they have no idea when they will be back in stock. At some point, pre-orders simply become an interest-free loan.
