Hey there! No this deck cannot be fully examined by the spectator. I would recommend learning a simple pocket switch if you plan to use this effect with other non-gimmicked card magic.

Roberto Giobbi has a fantastic collection of deck switches in his book "The art of deck switching" and Shaun Farqhuar is also a master of deck switches which he explains on his Penguin live Lecture :)
