Can the chi card be a freely chosen and signed card?

No, the card cannot be freely chosen and signed. I mean, I suppose there is a way to make this happen...but it would be very difficult and involve doing something sneaky without the spectator seeing, and that would involve some difficult routining...so best to just pull one out and use that. :)
