I don't know how this product presents it. I suspect it is a dvd (and you really need to hear how this effect works otherwise you might give up). There is an 18-minute teaching video floating around and it is also on his first videos, Sankeytized vol.2 (not at PM) found at other dealers such as: https://www.vanishingincmagic.com/magic/card-magic/sankey-tized/
