CIA by Magick balay

I already know what the utility device of this trick is, but I've never seen it in person. So I'm wondering if it needs to be replaced at some point, cause st***ers wear out eventually if they are used a lot. Additionally, is the DVD and the utility device going to be included in the purchase?
