Cylinder & Coins: how many and...?

The routine shows only 3 coins vanishing but in the demo video 4 are seen on the table. Also, one ad photo shows a stack of 4 and a group of only 3 coins. What happens with that 4th coin in the routin? Which comes with the purchase?

Also, how much more will it cost to buy or make the required gimmick cylinder and bills?
