Do you need refills for this and where are they available?

I saw one review say get refills for this, I didn't see where you could get them. Are they available on Penguin or direct etc.?

If you're asking about Masterpiece, refills are on the way with the release date yet to be determined.
It will be 'soon' though.
Also, Flash Flight does not require a refill. It's a gimmick.
