No...not at this price.
This version just contains the 'Props and Tools' mentioned in the ad along with a book and DVD.
I thought that the 'Limited Edition' version released back in Sept. 2016 for around $150.00 was no longer available, but I stand corrected.
It's still being sold at Bill Abbott magic:
