Dunn Deal skill

When rated with the handy [no pun intended] Skill-O-Meter, where does the needle fall? Closer to "Anyone in our current Executive Branch could preform it with very little practice" or to "Gimmick or not, if you aren't one of the top 5% of card handlers, you've got your work cut out for you."

On a scale from 1 to 10 I'd estimate that it would be a 2. It's very easy to do. Some magicians might go as high as a 3 and I think that some would even consider this a level 1 on the Skill-O-Meter
