Euro bills for Prophet?

In a answer to another question about the bills which can be used for Prophet, I saw that the bills must be the same size. So, I suppose that I cannot use Euro bills. Correct?

An option is to convert five big (size) bills into smaller size bills - one of which is one of the original big bills.

you can use European bills, but if you don't have any matching sizes you can use paper
