Extreme Burn 2.0 (Locked and Loaded): fake money?

One of the reviews I read talked about using new crisp bills, which may be hard to get a hold of. The bank I went to didn't have any. Will fake money work? Amazon sells fake money. I'm just concerned with the material not being the same as real money. But then again, the info for the trick talks about using paper scraps, and that certainly isn't the same material as real money.

You have to be careful with the fake money. Some of the money is really flimsy and not thick like real money. Also, if it is the wrong color, it will peek through the sides. In addition, if it is the wrong size and wrong color, it will show.

I bought some fake 100 dollar bills in Chinatown in Chicago and they were PERFECT for this effect.

I ordered Extreme Burn 2.0 (Locked and Loaded), and I am expecting it to arrive tomorrow. So now I want to make sure I'm prepped, especially with U.S. currency. I received the fake money earlier today, and it is kind of flimsy. So I'm going to stick with real bills. I went to the bank and got five 1's and five 5's. I asked for the crispest and newest bills possible. They weren't able to give me new bills, but the bills they gave me are fairly crisp. Will this be sufficient?
