The difference in Flat Pack shipping of the loops is in the price of the product. In order to be able to provide free shipping at all the items that qualify must have a minimum price.
In the case of the loops Penguin tried to offset the lack of free shipping for the individual 5 pack of loops by reducing the day to day price.

Sorry to be off toppic but I;m not understanding this lay out .What are the numbers for,and then no answers to the questions and then sometimes an answer? It looks like I'm not the only one.If there is a minimum purchase for um free flat pack shipping, how much is it?I'm with still confused.Remember the first rule of magic?,it must be baffling, not confusing. The difference is huge.

If there has to be a minimum price, how about Flat pack when you buy 2 or 3 sets?
