Help me find this trick

Hi

I saw a performance of a trick on YouTube, I think a magic geek video and I can't find it again.

It's something along the lines of this.

I think the magician takes an instruction card out and reads out a list of instructions on how to do a card trick and then there is a reveal at the end, something to do with the instruction card.

does anyone have any ideas?
