hi I'm in Australia could find any discount on post take hours also all your contact and help sites not working so this is the last resort to get contact just spent $140 please have a look and see what you can do please

I see that you posted this at 1:35 pm PST.
Acknowledging that Australia has something like 13 time zones and is around 17 hours ahead(Sydney) of us here in California, did you try using Live Chat since they were 'open' when you posted?
Worst case, even calling? Sorry, don't know the rates...may be cost prohibitive.
