HIGH RISE - CAN THE INDEX FINGER BE SHOWN?

His Index finger is conspicuously absent in ALL the clips. Can it be shown at all? If not, I think it'll be quite obvious to even a casual spectator what's causing the card to rise.

Yes, it can. I filmed a few alternative handlings and we are including them with the purchase of High Rise. Reynold does not include a version where you can see the finger but it is possible to perform where you can see the index finger.
