Hover card plus. How are the angles?

Can Hover Card Plus be done for walk around magic? How are the angle restrictions?

As with the original Hover Card, you can do walk around with this effect, but you must be aware of the angles (obviously).
Your audience must be in front of you (obviously...I've said that a lot here...)
