If you buy it, does it show in your penguin magic?

I just bought this deck yesterday, but unlike the rest of my stuff, it’s not showing on penguin magic... is this usual, or should I try buying again?

Most of the time when a tutorial does not show up in your account you will need to sent a support ticket to customer service. These guys can help make sure you received everything you need.
