In shinanigens by shin lim, he does a trick called anarchy, can you buy it in red bicycle design.

In the DVD's that you're referencing, you can make the gimmick for Anarchy in any design that you prefer...Yes, you make the gimmick.
So, the gimmick isn't sold in 'red bikes', but you will learn how to make one.
If you like Shin's 'stuff', these are good videos.
However, his 'stuff' isn't easy to perform whether it be due to technique (lots of practice) or the angles involved.
You're now on notice ;-)
