For Sticky by Kevin Shcaller and Oliver Smith you can use virtually any type of gum as long as it comes in or fits in the small blister packs with a foil back. The type of gum is less important to the packaging.

It's possible that you meant Sticky Situation presented by Rick Lax. For this you will need to have the large, classic sticks of gum with individual wrappers. The actual flavor of gum doesn't matter too much but Rick Lax recommends that the color of the gum is white so that it matches the gimmick. Depending on your performance this may or may not be important. If they are only going to see one piece of gum then the color matters less than if you are going to give out a bunch of gum to your friends. For the extremely ambitious out there you could recolor the gimmick as well.
Healed and Sealed must be done with a fizzy drink of some kind. Canned lemonade or juice will not work. The trick will work with most cans as well. If the cans in your country are significantly different than American soda cans (in either choice of material or design) you may have issues.
