Invisible Card just like Inferno by Joshua Jay

Is this a misleading promotion of an effect that looks and plays out very similar to Inferno by Joshua Jay? Without giving anything away regarding Inferno, the one card "selected" by the spectator(s) is the result of equivoque.

So my question is: Can the spectator freely think of any card?

OOps @joseph...
The spectator can freely think of any card...as long as its one of the 12 face cards.

Yes...and No.
How's that for worthless answer?
Go check the latest reviews and pay special attention to the "comments" for each review. This trick has generated many more comments, both good and not so..., than any trick that I can recall.
Check it out.

Watching the video for Invisible Card, the equivoque is very similar to Inferno.
I would bet that it's darn near the same trick, with the exception of "burned edges", shown in the conclusion of Inferno.
All this being said, this can't be worth $49.95. It's too similar to Inferno, and Inferno's presentation is much more "dramatic" leading to a larger impact conclusion.
Plus, Inferno is ~$20.00 less expensive.

I have both, invisible card is more direct and the reset is instant. The selection in Inferno can be examined and selection in Invisible card must non chalantely be put away. Infernos presentation is very good and lighting the matches adds drama and pacing to performance. I've gotten great reactions from both, maybe slightly stronger from Inferno.I've had Inferno longer , but had my tailor add a pocket just for Invisible card. pocket space, reset, audience reaction made invisible card worth $50 for me.
