Is "Melting Point" been reshot?

I see a lot of people complaining about the camera work and teaching and lighting. Is this the original DVD or a remake. I would love to get this but not if it is difficult to understand.

I just purchased melting point a few weeks ago when it became available as an instant download. It was 2 videos - the original and a remake. I had a hard time with it after watching the original but in the remake you get better instructions angles and views. Both seem to be high quality video.
