Can the rubber bands be examined before or after the trick? I always carry rubber bands on my wrist. Will I be able to wear them and remove them for the effect?

This may be a better technique for you to wear the bands and perform the effect.
Similar effects but very different prep work.

Nope, not without a bunch of extra 'work' that isn't really worth it....in my opinion!
