Melt and Ninja rings

Is it possible to perform "Melt" with other linking rings? So what i'm asking he is. Am I paying for the gimmick and the moves or am I only paying for the moves and getting some extra rings included? I'm not trying to figure it out without buying it. It's just that I do the Ninja rings and although they can't be performed as slow, they have the same feel.

You do get a set of rings that can be used in a standard linking ring routine as well. The Melt moves are different from standard ring moves but if you know another ring routine you could mix and match it with the moves from melt.
