Money in Orange and Champagne Bottle

The blurb states that the champagne bottle "pops" open. This implies that it makes a sound like an ungimmicked champagne bottle does when opened.

I'd like to know if the participant who opens the bottle has to unwind the wire cage, and if the contents are under pressure, as would be the case with a regular bottle of sparkling wine.
