Magic Tricks

Folks, Fans, and Fellow Penguin Nuts,

About 3 years ago, I purchased a Trick. In the Meantime, I lost the Instructions, Name of the Trick, and The Company I purchased it From:

Help..I need your assistance and I will buy you the same trick if you can answer solve my Delema. The Trick is simply:

1) The Cards are LARGER than typical Bicycle cards.

2) 3 of same normal card..(4 of Spades in my case)

3) 1 Queen of Hearts (Normal)

4) 2 double back cards...Queen of Hearts on 1 side,
and 4 of spades on other side..
