Name of trick

What is the name of the trick I believe it was sold here and I think it was on AGT where a picture is shown to be on a dollar bill with a happy face or a goldfish and I know you can have other pictures

You might be interested in Green Faces. I don't believe we have the trick from AGT but this is a similar sounding effect
